Semi-Private Personal Training sessions suit all fitness levels to help you reach your fitness goals much faster, in a fun and challenging group environment.

Our Semi Private sessions are based around dynamic mobility, strength training, metabolic conditioning & flexibility.

What is included in our Semi-Private (SPPT) program?

✅ Each session is 45 minutes

✅ Expert Coaches that work closely with you to make sure that you executing movements correctly and safely.

✅ Your own Supafit Tracking workbook with daily, weekly and monthly tracking to keep you ultra accountable and fast track your results.

✅ Every 4 weeks goal setting session and body composition

✅ Private accountability facebook group giving you 24/7 access to your coaches for questions, advice, content and banter with your fellow Supafit members

✅ A higher level of accountability to ensure you accelerate your progress.

✅ Private, airconditioned workout zone with quality equipment.

Cost?

SPPT is just a fraction of the cost of 1on1 personal training and has tiered options and pricing options to suit your frequency and budget.

  • 1x 45 min session per week = $37.50 /Members price $27.50

  • 2x 45 min session’s per week = $35 per session /Members price $25

  • 3x 45 min session’s per week = $32.50 per session /Members price $22.50
